Looking for a mindful moment during your visit?

We are delighted to host artist Serena McLauchlan onsite throughout 2026 as part of her MIECAT Art Therapy placement.

Join Serena in our Well-Being Pod every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 1:00pm for a gentle, creative experience inspired by the natural beauty of Torndirrup National Park.

  • Draw a native plant or flower from the collection using chalk
  • Add your touch to a large-scale collaborative mural using green acrylic or watercolour
  • Take a moment to slow down, reflect and connect through creativity

This relaxed, drop-in experience is included as part of your visit, and open to all ages, with no artistic experience needed.

Come and be part of something growing, one brushstroke at a time.

Please note – the Well-being Pod will be closed from 14 June to 13 July 2026

The activity is included with your Historic Whaling Station admission.
