Opening every day in January, including all public holidays, we have a program of fun activities on offer for families to ensure visitors of all ages are catered for.

Designed to enhance the experience for children, our holiday activities program will run for 3 weeks, Monday-Friday from 11th until 29th January, with no pre-bookings required to join the fun.

Part of the program this year is the local team from the Wave Energy Research Centre, who will be on-site from Monday 18th until Friday 22nd presenting interactive science activities, so come and get your hands wet in the simulated ocean wave tank.

Wave Energy aside, the holiday program also includes a cryptic clue whaling trail, and opportunities to meet retired whalers, join a garden walk & talk, or meet some friendly Australian animals with the Wildlife Park team.

Summer is a beautiful time of year in Albany and we are preparing for some busy weeks as locals and visitors head out exploring. Why not pack a lunch and enjoy our open garden areas, or treat the family to fish and chips with the best ocean view in Albany from our on-site café.
