Albany’s Historic Whaling Station will come alive at twilight as guests take a tour through some of the rustic industrial spaces overlooking King George Sound.
You will feel the salt air on your skin as you hear their fishy tales and enjoy the delicious flavours of catches from local waters and the Great Southern Ocean.
Wines from Oranje Tractor will be showcased with tastings matched to such delights as King George Whiting and local squid.
Hear about all things organic wine from our special guests and sample Wilson’s draft beer, originally crafted to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the closure of the station!
Mingle and marvel under the whale skeletons and you may also even hear a shanty or two!
